I can’t remember how many times people have asked me “how to be more confident”. I had always had a cheery happy vivacious countenance and they mostly equate that to confidence. But the truth is I may be very sociable on the outside but I had low self-esteem since I was a kid. I still get nervous before a talk. I get butterflies in my stomach before I hold a microphone. I do feel inadequate every now and then. And I feel very normal for feeling all these!

Recently, I had the chance to interview Allie Davis of Courageous in Christ and she shared with me a lot of great insight about confidence.

Here’s what we talked about in the interview.

  • Her own story from having low self-esteem herself to becoming a Productivity Mindset Coach
  • What the Bible says about confidence and humility
  • The one thing you need to do to be more confident
  • What you actually should strive for instead of waiting for confidence to come

*****WARNING: My sweet little baby is also interested to know more about what Aunt Allie has to say so you’ll see and “hear” her during the interview. =p

Allie is one of my most favorite people in the world! She has helped me in many of the strategies I have implemented in my business. And most of all, I love her passion for serving Christ thru her business. If you want to know more about her, visit her website at Courageous in Christ. You can also find her Facebook Group at The Courageous Christ-Centered Entrepreneur.
