Business Tools for Every Entrepreneur

Creating content for Social Media, Accounting, taking down notes and other business processes can be a bit overwhelming. Thank goodness there are many tools we can use to make business life easier! I interviewed some bloggers and entrepreneurs and here’s what they said are the best:

1.Buffer. Since I have used Buffer a couple of months ago, my life has never been easier. Basically, what it does is, it schedules and auto posts contents on your social media. Now, I would usually just spend an hour or less for a week’s content for my FB Group and Instagram. I just use a free account and it still works wonders.

2. IFTTT – IFTTT can automate tasks for you using “recipes”. For example, if you want your blog entries from your business blog to be sent to Twitter each time you publish, you may just use the Recipe WordPress to Twitter and it will automatically be done. It can also keep Facebook and Twitter profiles in sync. Or automatically post on Pinterest if you have a specific hashtag in your InstaCaption. In short, IFTTT can simplify your life so you won’t have to do these tasks by yourself.

3. Canva – Canva is my life saver! I don’t know what to do without it! Canva saves me hours and hours of time creating beautiful graphics for almost everything I need. For a person who isn’t good with graphics like me, Canva is super helpful!

4. Wave Accounting. Wave accounting helped me a lot as a small business owner — it helped me make invoices directly from my phone and it suits on-the-go mom like me. It is very user friendly and great for those who doesn’t have any accounting background. –Gracie Mauleon of Tipid Mommy

5. Evernote. Evernote helps you to make quick notes, long notes, attach pictures and make reminders all in one app. I think the best thing about this is you can easily track your notes because it has subject titles, and dates. You can also save your important numbers and payment details that will come in handy when you want to send these to clients. Just copy and paste!
